Description
- Program implementation and oversight of operations, ensuring high-quality services are delivered in compliance with NYS OCFS and DSS regulations
- Initiate, develop and implement valid, innovative best practice programming consistent with progressive trends, directions and research. Continuously monitor, evaluate and enhance all programming
- Lead, support, and train staff through coaching, motivation, supervision, and professional development.
- Ensure documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate youth-centered team meetings, ensuring team collaboration and fostering a supportive, communicative atmosphere
- Continuously maintain and enhance positive relationships with recipients of service as well as local human service providers and community stakeholders
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - required
Experience:
- 2 years experience in Human Service field required
- Experience with youth mental health strongly preferred
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
