Description
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our HR Transformation team. In this role, you will support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Employee Central solutions for global clients, helping organizations optimize their HR processes and employee experience.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SuccessFactors solutions in an international environment.
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Support data migration, system enhancements, and change requests.
Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain project documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC
Experience with configuration and support activities within EC
Understanding of core HR processes and organizational management concepts.
Experience participating in implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects.
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency required.
