Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and implementation.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for performance and scalability.
- Ability to work with database technologies and understand data modeling concepts relevant to SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
