tooling management system and identify root causes and formulate effective
solutions Your role Key responsibilities in your new role 1. Implement equipment & tooling management system including inspection, PM/ Cal, record, assessment, reconditioning / overhaul, spare part management, etc. 2. Identify root causes and formulate effective solutions for equipment-related problems concerning OEE, EHS, quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and cost; by improving the input factors such as UDT. MTBA, etc. 3. Comply to quality and EHS requirement in
daily work Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or
engineering administration. 2. 3~5 years of Semiconductor back-end (
Assembly ) relevant job experience. Understanding of relevant tools and
system.(e.g. SAP PM, 8D,fishbone analysis…) 3. Able to manage or lead projects at varying
complexity 4. Fluent English skill both in oral and
