The Lead PMO Analyst will support the financial health and operational effectiveness of EDT portfolios and programs by monitoring portfolio and project financials, tracking budgets and variances, conducting reconciliations, and supporting project closure activities. The role will partner with Program and Project Managers, Finance, and Portfolio teams to review contracts and invoices, support resource forecasting and Planview approval activities, gather data for financial and portfolio reviews, follow up on action items, and provide Planview financial support to enable accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and proactive risk identification.
What you will do:
Technical Responsibilities
Analyze supplier and portfolio performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Support program planning activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, program gating, and resource forecasting.
Develop weekly and monthly dashboards and reports to support portfolio reviews, financial reviews, and strategic planning.
Manage data analysis for short- and long-term strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor project and program financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, expenditures, contracts, invoices, and Planview data.
Perform financial audits and reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting, financial accountability, and project closure.
Build and maintain partnerships with PMO, Finance, Portfolio teams, Program Managers, Resource Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, resource planning, and financial accountability.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and process improvement approaches to improve productivity, data validation, reporting efficiency, and accuracy.

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
4+ years of experience in PMO roles
Preferred Skills :
PMP or equivalent
Knowledge/proficiency of the following tools:
Planview Portfolios
Power BI
Microsoft Excel including Power Query and Data Models
