Demand Planner

Position Overview:  

​​We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Demand Planner to support accurate forecasting, strong S&OP execution, and informed business decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and supply chain teams to build consensus demand plans, identify gaps to revenue targets, and translate data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, customer fill rate, and overall supply readiness across regional and global planning activities.​ 
 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the monthly demand consensus process with cross-functional partners to develop realistic, actionable sales forecasts. 
• Review forecast accuracy, explain key variances, and recommend corrective actions that improve planning outcomes. 
• Analyze historical demand, market trends, project probability, and customer insights to align demand plans with business expectations. 
• Evaluate historical anomalies and adjust planning inputs to support accurate statistical modeling and sound forecasting decisions. 
• Partner with sales teams to understand evolving customer and channel needs and update demand plans with speed and accuracy. 
• Identify gaps between forecasts and business targets early, then work with stakeholders to resolve risks and opportunities. 
• Support new product forecasts and launch plans that align demand, supply, and commercial expectations. 
• Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources and translate insights into clear recommendations. 
• Experience with demand planning concepts, including demand modeling, demand shaping, allocation, and forecast accuracy improvement. 
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, influence stakeholders, and use data to support business decisions. 
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and timely execution matters. 
• A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships across functions. 
• Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Experience using ERP or planning systems such as Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms. 
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, materials management, operations management, business, or equivalent work experience in a related field  
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, business analytics, or a related discipline. 
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, business planning, and new product introduction milestones.
