Overview

Tremend is looking for an Implementation Consultant, who will configure and implement Salesforce-based solutions that support commercial lending and loan origination processes. Working closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality configurations aligned with platform best practices and delivery standards.

This role combines hands-on platform configuration with business analysis and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in delivering technology solutions that help financial institutions modernize lending operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

The role is approximately 80% technical configuration and solution implementation and 20% business analysis and client collaboration.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Design, configure, and implement solutions based on client requirements and established delivery standards.
• Perform advanced Salesforce configuration, including record-based configuration and Salesforce Flow development.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient platform solutions.
• Create and execute test scripts to validate configurations and ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to identify optimal implementation approaches.
• Assess current and future-state business, application, technical, and data architectures, and contribute to implementation planning.
• Demonstrate configured workflows and business processes to clients, clearly explaining functionality and operational impact.
• Support client onboarding activities, including user access setup, data mapping, data migration support, and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend improvements to maximize platform value and adoption.
• Participate in project workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and implementation artifacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help establish best practices across the delivery team.

Skills and Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and demonstrated performance.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM and workflow platforms.
• Understanding of database design concepts, data structures, and workflow automation.
• Experience analyzing, defining, and implementing business, technical, application, or solution architecture-based solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments.
• Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred, including Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications, or willingness to obtain certifications within six months of joining.

Nice to Have

• Existing Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in commercial lending, loan origination, banking, or financial services.
• Previous experience in consulting, implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with GDPR requirements and EU data residency regulations in financial services environments.
• Experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops, training sessions, or solution demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, platform configuration, and low-code automation capabilities.
