Position Details
Role: Cross-Trained Veterinary Technician/Client Service RepresentativeStatus: Full-timeSalary: Negotiable and based on experience and credentialsSchedule: Alternating Saturdays CSR, and one other CSR shift per week, with two tech shifts. Alternating schedule as support is needed, open Monday through Saturday weekly.Experience: Previous veterinary technician and client service experience preferred

What You'll Do
- Support veterinarians during examinations, treatments, diagnostics, and procedures.
- Provide compassionate nursing care and hands-on support for patients.
- Use Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques to promote patient comfort and safety.
- Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and teammates to support an efficient workflow.
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Answer phones, respond to client questions, and schedule appointments.
- Listen carefully as clients share their concerns—and explain why their pet is the best one who has ever lived.
- Maintain accurate client communications, patient records, and appointment information.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, payment processing, and front-desk responsibilities.
- Educate clients about patient care, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive care.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to strengthen communication and collaboration.
- Move confidently between clinical and client-service responsibilities as hospital needs change.
What You'll Bring
- Previous veterinary technician, veterinary assistant, or client service experience.
