Job Description

GE HealthCare is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for our MR Junior Specialist - Early Career Trainee program. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in Magnetic Resonance (MR) technology within a leading global medical technology company

Key responsibilities under supervision include:

  • Interfacing with the Service Sales team to develop winning offering and pricing solutions.  Analyzing Customer inventories and configurations to properly price service offerings via pricing tools;

  • Channel Mix: сalculation of partner’s results with private/public split and processing Partner’s categories file according with commercial policy;

  • Customers screening: preparation and processing documents for screening, monitoring of screening validity;

  • Commercial policy: any support with obtaining and making changes;

  • Preparation of mailings and webinars for partners;

  • Continues opportunities load for sales team in CRM system and training support for colleagues;

  • Drive operating planning sessions;

  • Be a gate-keeper for operating plans delivered and distributed on time to sales team;

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible;

  • SFDC (Salesforce platform) support: Service Sales dashboard supporting, adding new participants, solving issues with access or errors (on request);

  • Analytic support to SALs and segment leaders: help with receiving the data about current and previous quarters results (on request).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Medical Physics, Radiology Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Own transport required and valid driving license
