Meeting Street is currently looking for an ERSEA Coordinator for 35 hours per week.
Duties:
- Complies all HSPS audit requirements related to income verification, eligibility documentation, enrollment tracking, etc.
- Responsible for parent, family, and community engagement indicators as outlined in the HSPS (Head Start Performance Standards) i.e., at least three (3) events per program year, Parent Committee meetings.
- Support staff in family engagement practices to ensure limited turnover and consistent program participation.
- Oversee the tracking of community referrals/resources provided and enacted upon by participating Early Head Start families to ensure Federal Requirements of the Early Head Start (EHS) program are met and documented appropriately for data tracking purposes
- Responsible for all components of ERSEA criteria (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) for program participants
- Maintain full program enrollment at all times in addition to a waitlist of eligible children.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- Income calculations/data collection and tracking/financial literacy.
- Excellent understanding of EHS performance standards related to PFCE/ERSEA
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers to integrate the delivery of services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, proficient use of technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Human Services, Finance/Business or related field required.
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- Supervisory experience.
