About the role: The Deal Biller ensures all new, used, and wholesale vehicle sales are processed accurately and efficiently. This role acts as the bridge between the Sales/Finance (F&I) department and the Accounting office, verifying all documentation for accuracy and compliance, funding deals with lenders, and calculating commissions.
This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:
Deal Processing
- Post finalized new, used, and wholesale deals into the Dealer Management System (DMS)
Documentation Review
- Review deal jackets for completeness, including signatures, accurate pricing, VIN verification, and proper tax/title documentation
Financing & Funding
- Submit contracts to financial institutions, monitor contracts-in-transit, and ensure prompt funding
Trade-ins & Payoffs
- Process payoff checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutions in a timely manner
Compliance & Filing
- Maintain organized records for auditing purposes, adhering to state, federal, and company regulations
Communication
- Collaborate with sales consultants, managers, and F&I to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in accounting or business preferred
- 0–2 years of accounting or clerical experience; dealership experience a plus
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Suites
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK) a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
