Job Purpose
At Kyowa Kirin, we're driven by our purpose to make people smile by delivering life-changing value to patients. We're looking for an experienced Insights & Analytics Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and growth of our Nephrology Franchise across EMEA.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders to deliver strategic insights and support key commercial decisions.
- Transform complex data, market intelligence, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis to support growth and performance.
- Deliver meaningful dashboards, performance reporting, and ad-hoc analytics.
- Manage market research projects and identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate across regional, cluster, finance, commercial, and global teams to drive evidence-based decision making.
- Support omnichannel and customer engagement analytics to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Significant experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, business insights, or market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience translating complex data into impactful business recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Power BI, digital analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
- Experience in rare diseases, nephrology, or specialty care is highly desirable.

Salary range based on your experience: From EUR €58,762.00/Yr. up to EUR €88,142.00/Yr.
