The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the DT(Digital Technology) aspects of applications in use in the Legal Organization supporting. This person should have knowledge of emergency notification, physical security, and other legal team activities and the DT aspects of those systems.This role will partner with the business team to convert business requirements into functional specifications for the legal organization. They act as the intermediary between DT and Legal Business team to help business partner achieve desired results. They exhibit deep understanding of domain, industry trends and potential impacts. They should have the ability to influence business stakeholders and partners in design decisions, technology choices and timelines. This role uses project management and six sigma tools or processes such as journey maps, business personas, business processes, capability maps, and analytical evaluation for decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of goals and operational plans for the legal team function by converting business requirements into solutions for Physical Security.
• Ensure high availability of operations and business continuity for Physical Security systems.
• Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products with the scope of physical security of facilities.
• Evaluate and root cause difficult and often complex problems involving multiple integrated systems and processes.
• Influence others outside the job function regarding policies, practices and procedures.
• Analyze problems guide other professionals throughout the organization across functions.
• Utilize knowledge of DT processes and usage of software and systems supporting the legal organization.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s University Degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
• 5 years of prior relevant experience, with at least 2 cross functional project implementations
• Proficiency in business systems analysis and integration.
• Experience with legal technology tools such Emergency Notification systems such as Informacast and Singlewire Software.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Understanding of Data Classifications, IT Security, Data Privacy and Compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience with training and user support.
•5 years of prior relevant project deployment
•Experience within a project implementation of 2 enterprise solutions
•Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans with minimum management
• Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience implementing and maintaining systems relating to manufacturing plant physical security.
• Master’s University Degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
