Cost Controller XRX

1. Establish and implement a controlling system during both the project and operational phases. Design finance processes, reporting templates, and handbooks to support business development, and set up regular performance monitoring activities with relevant stakeholders.

2. Act as a finance business partner by developing a deep understanding of the business, integrating business and financial data for performance analysis, providing actionable insights, proposing cost improvement initiatives, and driving cost control.

作为业务伙伴深入理解业务，整合业务与财务数据进行绩效分析，提供支持性洞察，提出成本改善举措，并推动成本控制。

3. Be responsible for CO closing and prepare related reports and analyses in a timely and accurate manner, based on data from both system and manual sources. Reports include volume, KPI and COGS reports, EBIT commentary reports, and other management reports.

负责CO月结工作，并基于系统及手工数据，及时、准确地准备相关报告和分析。（如销量、KPI及COGS报告、EBIT及其他管理层报告等）

4. Participate in annual budgeting and rolling forecasting activities to support plant management in setting business targets. Analyze and monitor actual spending against budget to support business target achievement, including project cost, standard cost, transfer pricing, CAPEX, and P&L.

参与年度预算和滚动预测工作，支持工厂管理层制定业务目标；分析并监控实际支出与预算的差异，以支持业务目标达成。（如项目成本、标准成本、转移价格、资本支出、损益分析等）

5. Understand business requirements and prepare management analysis reports, business case simulations, and end-to-end value flow improvement initiatives.

理解业务需求，准备管理分析报告、业务案例测算，并参与端到端价值流改善举措。

6. Participate in finance digitalization initiatives to improve work efficiency, process standardization and harmonization, and value creation, such as FIT4, DPM, and RPA.

参与财务数字化项目，以提升工作效率、推动流程标准化与统一化，并创造价值。（如FIT4、DPM、RPA等）

7. Prepare schedules and support documents for internal and external corporate audits.

准备内部及外部公司审计所需资料和明细表。

8. Monitor occupational health and safety matters and comply with EHS-related procedures. Fully support the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of management systems, including EHS (ISO 45001/ISO 14001), ISO 50001, GB/T 23001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 13485, and AEO Customs Advanced Certification. EHS相关程序；全力支持EHS （ISO45001/ISO14001），ISO50001，GB/T23001，ISO/IEC27001，ISO13485体系，AEO海关高级认证标准等体系的建立、实施、保持和持续改进。

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

1. At least three years working in manufacturing operation of a foreign investment enterprise, with solid experience in costing and reporting analysis in manufacturing sites.

2. Understanding of PRC accounting principles and IAS.
3. Well-developed computer skills and familiar with excel, PPT, ERP, and VBA is a plus.

4. Good English speaking, writing and reading skills are essential.
