About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to help define the creative vision for our film marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign narratives, conceptualize breakthrough ideas and ensure every piece of communication—from posters and digital content to behind-the-scenes and social campaigns feels fresh, culturally relevant and true to the film.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally strong at creative thinking, copywriting and visual storytelling, and enjoys turning strategic marketing objectives into memorable campaigns.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Campaign Vision

• Develop the creative vision and communication strategy for film marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize campaign ideas, social-first content, digital activations and platform-native executions.
• Think strategically and translate insights into impactful creative ideas.
• Develop campaign narratives and conceptualize breakthrough ideas.
• Ensure campaign communication feels fresh, culturally relevant and true to the film.

Copywriting & Content

• Write compelling campaign copy, taglines, headlines and marketing communication across channels.
• Ideate concepts for behind-the-scenes content, shoulder content, talent content and fan engagement initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts and content across digital and social platforms.
• Bring strong creative thinking and visual storytelling to campaign communication.

Visual Storytelling & Creative Execution

• Partner with designers to shape the visual language of posters, key art and campaign assets.
• Apply a strong understanding of design, visual storytelling and content creation across digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency between campaign strategy, concepts and visual execution.

Collaboration & Creative Leadership

• Collaborate with marketing, publicity, filmmakers and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
• Lead creative thinking across cross-functional teams.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
• Manage communication and stakeholder relationships throughout the creative process.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to translate strategic marketing objectives into memorable campaigns.

Trends, Culture & Innovation

• Stay ahead of pop culture, entertainment trends and emerging platforms.
• Identify emerging creative opportunities and bring fresh thinking to campaigns.
• Explore AI-driven creative opportunities and emerging technologies.
• Stay updated with developments in AI-powered creative tools and their application in creative campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, content marketing or entertainment marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, creative concepts and exceptional copywriting.
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into impactful creative ideas.
• Strong understanding of design, visual storytelling and content creation across digital and social platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for films, entertainment, pop culture and audience behavior.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead creative thinking across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing social-first content, digital activations and platform-native executions.
• Experience working across film marketing, advertising, content marketing or entertainment marketing.
