As an Agitator Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to various construction sites, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate and maintain agitator trucks safely and efficiently, transporting ready-mix concrete to designated locations.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant operators, and customers regarding delivery schedules, site conditions, and concrete specifications.
* Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including dockets, timesheets, and vehicle logs.
* Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the agitator drum and associated equipment.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.
* Understand and follow concrete mix designs and delivery procedures.

Job Qualifications:**

* Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) or HC (Heavy Combination) driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Demonstrated experience operating agitator trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
* Strong understanding of road safety regulations and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical fitness to perform manual tasks associated with the role, including climbing, lifting, and cleaning.
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle checks.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
