Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role includes overseeing continuous testing activities that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The professional actively contributes to the development and implementation of automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Participation in code reviews and defect monitoring is integral to fostering ongoing enhancements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to develop and implement testing automation frameworks that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing test cases for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to support continuous testing and integration.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate data integrity across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to monitor and report issues effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
