Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a CER Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the full implementation trajectory of the CER legislation (Critical Entities Resilience). Your objective will be to ensure that the client meets legal obligations regarding the resilience of critical entities in a timely and demonstrable manner, implementing necessary organizational, technical, and operational measures to guarantee the continuity of essential services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project and program management activities.
- Understand risk management, business continuity management, and crisis management.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes.
- Have an affinity for infrastructure, operational processes, and security.
- Exhibit strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Connect multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and risk-oriented capabilities.
- Communicate excellently and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Focus on results while considering legislative and organizational requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, risk management, business continuity, security, or a similar field.
- Experience with organization-wide change projects is a strong asset.
