We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Update shipment information in the company's ERP system using shipping documents
Check shipment photos to make sure they match the shipping documents
Review product photos to ensure the products meet the required quality standards
Report any missing information or issues with shipments to the responsible team
Submit the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) to shipping lines through digital shipping platforms, carrier websites, or email.
Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience in a similar position, purchases or shipping industry
Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
