HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Legacy Wealth Transfer & Fiduciary Settlement Specialist to join one of our valued client partners in Naples, Florida. This full-time onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise supporting sophisticated estate and trust administration matters involving high-net-worth individuals and families.
The successful candidate will oversee complex estate and trust administration from initial asset identification through final distribution while supporting attorneys with probate filings, fiduciary documentation, federal transfer tax filings, and client communications. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, sound judgment when handling confidential matters, and a thorough understanding of Florida probate procedures.

Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 annually

HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Legacy Wealth Transfer & Fiduciary Settlement Specialist who demonstrates the following:
  • Minimum five years of Florida estate and trust administration experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing estate administration from asset collection through final distribution.
  • Practical experience preparing or supporting federal tax filings including IRS Forms 706, 709, and 1041.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida probate rules, court procedures, fiduciary administration, and electronic filing requirements.
  • Experience preparing probate pleadings, fiduciary documentation, estate inventories, schedules, accountings, and supporting legal documents for attorney review.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple estate administration matters while effectively managing deadlines and court timelines.
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with attorneys, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, financial institutions, accountants, and other professionals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management, probate administration, tax preparation, and document management software.
  • Formal paralegal education through a certificate program, associate degree, or equivalent legal training.
  • Exceptional proofreading, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Naples, Florida.
  • Meets all required qualifications while demonstrating multiple preferred qualifications.
