Salary: All markets have 30.000 Base salary from + 15.000 € in OTE (Commission model explanation under files)

Location: Madrid, onsite. Can be hybrid after a couple of months AND review with closest manager

Profile: This is a job where they expect 80-90 cold calls a day, so they must be willing to hunt. Should be able to handle lots of no's and still be willing to fight for a yes.

 

INFO FOR CANDIDATE:

• Contract can only be signed on the starting date. The offer, however, is binding, and includes all the salary + benefit info. 
• They can receive a social security number before starting, they just need to fill in a TA1 document and Doofinder will assist with all steps. 
• 22 vacation days a year 
• Candidates need to do a few months training in the office, and can go to hybrid after a couple of months (they prefer office, though).

PROCESS: 

1.  Recruiter interview - 30 min (send interview overview document to candidate beforehand)
2. Technical interview with 1-2 team leaders - 40-45 minutes (Send Prep Guide + Mock Call Script in Files to candidate before)
3. Final interview with HR Director - 30 Minutes
