In spring 2022, Evolution will open its second Spanish location in Madrid. The Madrid site will be a broadcast studio from which we will host live casino games 24/7/365 - think of it as a giant TV studio from which we broadcast live using state-of-the-art technology. The Madrid site will serve international markets (mainly Portuguese and Spanish, Dutch and Italian). We expect to hire a minimum of 250-500 people in the first year in Madrid. Most of the hires will be entry level jobs which means that we do not require any previous work experience. Through our Evolution Academy, we offer paid training for newcomers in both negotiation skills and presentation skills, two transferable skills that our employees can use regardless of whether they decide to stay with us for their career or if they decide to switch to other professional activities. The Challenge: To support the establishment and development of our new studios in Madrid, we need support to recruit and select Game Presenters profiles, Dutch speaking. Candidate Profile: The Game Presenter role will be to present one of our casino games in front of the camera. like a TV presenter or vlogger, but without script. Target group: - We are looking to attract 18–33-year-old for our Games Presenter position (which is the role of hosting the game at the table). - No previous work experience is required; we accept students and first-time workers. - We require fluency in Dutch, as well as a basic understanding of English (to be able to make a career within the company). - We tend to have more difficulty attracting women than men, so we would like to see a focus on hiring women Minimum requirements: - Fluency in Dutch - Business English - Willingness to learn new things - A sense of ethics and responsibility at work and with their colleagues. - European work permit. - Previous experience in a public facing job would be an asset.

 

 

 

 

Main characteristics of the position: - Contract will be indefinite from the first day at the rate of 32 hours weeks. They usually work 4 days and get rid of 3 (they do not have to go in a row) - No experience necessary, first job opportunity. - Career and growth opportunities - Flexibility and opportunity to combine with studies. - Our live broadcasts are 24/7, so will be able to work morning, afternoon or evening shift, depending on their availability. Salary & other information:

- The fixed annual gross salary (or base salary) for those 32 hours per week will be € 12,500 in 12 payments (€ 1,041.66 / gross month).

- They will also have: o a Product Bonus consisting of €7/per operating hour* at the table. o a performance bonus that goes between € 0 and € 2 / hour productive at the table.

To understand this salary structure and to tell the candidates the exactly amount of money, here is an approximation: [Average gross salary for 32 hours/week: 2200€/ month] Depending on their performance.

- As we mentioned previously, they will work in rotating shifts, which will be known one month in advance so they can organize themselves.

- The shifts are from 08:00 – 16:00 / 16:00 – 00:00 / 00:00 – 08:00 - They will be working 3 days and having 3 days off and so on. (For example: Monday-Tuesday-

Wednesday work. Thursday-Friday-Saturday Off. Sunday-Monday-Tuesday work again) - The night hours from 10:00 to 06:00 that will entail an increase of 20% on base salary. - The Hours of holidays will represent 75% of the base salary. (to be paid from 00:00h to 24:00h) - Additional hours of up to 24 more hours per month can be made, making a total of 38 hours

per week (if they are at the table, the two product and productivity bonuses will be charged). - As social benefits: They will have € 2.5 / per day worked of ticket restaurant (paid per month

due) and that they can redeem in many restaurants. (They can set it up in their Apple Pay or get a physical card)

- Private medical insurance once they turn 6 months in the company. Dentist and 20 psychologist sessions.

- Free gym on our premises - Annual holidays of 22 working days - Will give them the uniform, makeup classes, and all kinds of continuous training and training

development, with the possibility of growing within the company.

*It is important to note that during the training only the base salary will be charged since they are not at the table working *(operating time = time they spend working at the table; breaks are not included)

 

 

 

 

 

Relocation Package Offer 4 weeks’ worth of accommodation. (26 days to be exact) For the relocation Package we offer them one way flight Ticket (low-cost price) and a relocation allowance of €2500 gross split in the first 3 months of employment:

o First month of employment: €1,500 gross The Employee would need to provide, before the second monthly relocation allowance payment, any proof of rental document/deposit payment to accredit that the relocation allowance has being used to find a permanent place of residence in Madrid.

o Second month of employment: €500 gross o Third month of employment: €500 gross

Also, expenses (gas & toll) are covered in case of coming by car on the date of their incorporation (the amount will be paid into their bank account once they start working and they have provided us with the bank account of a Spanish bank). Starting Dates:
