MFL Teacher – French & Spanish
Location: South Essex
Salary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)
Contract: Long-Term / Temp to Perm
About the Role:
Local Education is seeking a passionate MFL Teacher with the ability to teach French and Spanish up to Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring lessons that develop language skills and cultural understanding, working within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and targeted support.

Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation and confidence in language learning.

Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and teaching strategies.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching French and Spanish up to KS4.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A genuine passion for teaching languages and inspiring young learners.
