Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary People & Culture contact for employees and managers within assigned offices and business groups.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to provide responsive, high-touch HR support.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, performance conversations, and policy interpretation.

Provide day-to-day support for employee benefits inquiries, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leaves of absence, and enrollment issues, while coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve employee questions.
- Partner with leaders to address employee questions and support positive employee experiences.
- Support onboarding and integration activities for new hires and acquired employee populations.
- Help plan and facilitate employee engagement, culture-building activities, and office events.
- Partner with Learning & Development to support local training initiatives and employee development programs.
- Assist with organizational changes, workforce updates, and employee communications.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve P&C processes and employee programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Participate in People & Culture projects and other initiatives as needed.
Education & Experience:
- 4-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting employee relations and manager coaching in a professional environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR systems; ADP experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, legal, financial services, or other client-service environments.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations or employee populations.
- Experience with employee engagement, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
- Experience supporting growth, acquisition, or organizational integration efforts.
