Role summary:The (USA) Inbound Manager, Supply Chain Management, oversees end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient merchandise from Supplier to Store. This role involves analyzing data to enhance network performance, managing supplier relationships, and resolving escalated operational issues. The manager supports teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives. By maintaining compliance with company standards and fostering a culture of accountability, this position supports operational excellence and contributes to Walmart’s commitment to delivering value and superior service. Travel is expected with this role. Primary location in St. James MO.
About the team:
The Supplier Execution / E2E Execution Manager team focuses on enhancing Inbound LOS, Supplier Performance, On-Shelf Availability, and Top Loss Reduction. Collaborating closely with Inbound Transportation and Local Office teams, the group supports operational improvements and customer satisfaction. The team acts as a key link between Field, Supplier, and Home Office, driving consistent performance through strong relationships, data analysis, and root cause investigation. This collaborative approach ensures effective communication and continuous improvement across the supply chain, contributing to streamlined operations and measurable business results.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through from Supplier to Store.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and implement network efficiency improvements.
- Lead resolution of escalated issues through root cause analysis.
- Oversee supplier and transportation relationships, communicating operational expectations and managing performance through scorecards and audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain operations.
- Support compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes within a complex distribution network.
- Strong skills in vendor and supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Expertise in implementing and overseeing compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and audit processes.
- Commitment to driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic business objectives through data-driven decision making.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in management, supply chain, business administration, financial management, production/operations management or related area and 1 year’s experience in an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment, with supervisory/managerial responsibilities.Option 2: 1 year’s experience as a Walmart Supply Chain Area or Operations Manager.
Option 3: 1 year’s experience as a Walmart Supply Chain Load Manager.
Option 4: 3 years’ experience in an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment, with supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
