  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients, editors, reviewers, authors, and colleagues.

We are looking for people who:

  • 0-4 years of experience, internship, or academic exposure in editorial support, scholarly publishing, project coordination, administrative operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a professional working proficiency level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
