The Executive Business Partner serves as an extension of their senior firm leaders, providing dedicated executive partnership and high-impact enablement that supports business effectiveness, continuity, and decision-making. In this role, the Executive Business Partner develops a deep understanding of leadership priorities and works closely with leaders to shape priorities, bring structure to evolving needs, and determine how best to move work forward.

Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, discretion, and a consistently high level of polish. • Partner with leaders to talk through priorities, clarify objectives and timeframes, and translate evolving needs into actionable plans and next steps.
  • Establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm that provides a forward-looking view of leadership priorities, commitments, and deadlines, anticipating what will be needed and proactively ensuring important matters continue to move forward.

Executive Communications & Materials

  • Develop executive communications and materials from initial direction through final product, including correspondence, presentations, reports, talking points, briefing materials, and other leadership deliverables.
  • Take initial direction, ideas, or bullet points and independently develop strong first drafts, applying business context, editorial judgment, and an understanding of the leader’s voice and intended audience.
  • Own the review and refinement process, incorporating feedback, coordinating input from relevant stakeholders, and ensuring final materials are accurate, well-positioned, and polished.
  • Develop and refine executive presentations and slide decks, synthesizing complex information into clear, concise, and compelling materials.

Meetings, Agendas & Executive Readiness

  • Proactively develop and manage agendas for key leadership meetings, working with leaders to identify priorities, desired outcomes, decisions required, and appropriate sequencing of topics.
  • Ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and decisions by gathering and synthesizing relevant information, coordinating materials, and identifying outstanding issues or actions.
  • Attend meetings as appropriate, document key decisions and action items, and drive follow-up through completion.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and emerging issues, proactively identifying potential gaps or risks and recommending solutions or next steps.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing information, facilitating communication, coordinating follow-up, and helping move leadership priorities forward.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders and teams to gather input, maintain alignment, and ensure timely completion of leadership priorities and deliverables.
  • Monitor and thoughtfully prioritize leader communications and information, using judgment to determine what requires action, what can be handled directly or delegated, and what should be elevated for leader review; draft or send communications on the leader’s behalf as appropriate.
  • Build strong working relationships across the service line to facilitate effective coordination, information flow, and execution.

Project & Initiative Management

  • Bring strong project management discipline to key leadership priorities and initiatives, helping translate objectives into actionable next steps, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Partner with PMT and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, maintain alignment, and provide visibility into progress and dependencies.
  • Apply sound judgment, discretion, and strategic foresight to anticipate potential challenges, recognize downstream implications, and identify matters requiring leadership attention or decisions.

  • 1-year relevant experience required, 8-10 years of senior-level administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and expense reporting with high accuracy and efficiency.
