Practice and Culture

The Physician Relations team serves as liaisons between Corewell Health and the physician practices in our community. Through relationship management our priority is to help providers and their staff provide the best care for their patients. Through issue resolution, connectivity solutions, education and support, the Physician Relations team will remove barriers and assist in activities that transform the model of care. Physician Relations will work in alignment with Clinically Integrated Network strategies to build exceptional value for all patients within the communities we serve. Physician Relations, in close connection with Information Services, will be the business owner of provider and staff electronic connectivity. Physician Liaisons will identify electronic connectivity solutions for community providers and facilitate integration of those tools. All non-CH employee users report to Physician Relations. This allows PR to control access requests through Service Now, ensuring appropriate use of electronic tools. We must provide the highest level of customer service to these users to maintain continuity of care.
