What You’ll Do

• Coordinate policy servicing activities across commercial insurance portfolios, including renewals, endorsements, new business, cancellations, and policy amendments.
• Prepare client documentation such as schedules, invoices, certificates, correspondence, and other insurance-related records.
• Communicate with insurers, underwriters, and clients to obtain information, track outstanding requirements, and facilitate policy transactions.
• Monitor key renewal dates and follow up on outstanding information to support the timely completion of insurance arrangements.
• Manage broker workflows, client enquiries, and administrative activities to help maintain efficient portfolio operations.
• Maintain accurate records within broking systems and ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date.
• Assist with premium collection activities and follow up outstanding payments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support the broking team by proactively identifying outstanding actions, prioritising tasks, and helping drive matters through to completion.

Key Criteria

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian insurance broking support, broker administration, or a similar insurance services role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the full insurance policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, policy documentation, and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, insurance processes, and brokerage operations.
• Experience using insurance broking platforms such as WinBEAT and Steadfast-related systems, or similar broker management software.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, high email volumes, and multiple deadlines in a structured manner.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Work Set Up

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with full onsite work during the first 3-6 months. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered thereafter, subject to performance and business requirements
