Design and deliver distinctive development experiences for SVPs and EVPs, including executive celebrations, performance and development sessions, enterprise-relevant skill building, and other high-impact learning moments.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and P&C partners, translating enterprise priorities and executive needs into targeted individual, cohort, and team solutions.

Partner with Executive Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure executive transitions and development are connected, timely, and tailored to critical business needs.

Oversee executive coaching, assessment, and team effectiveness offerings, ensuring the right solutions are deployed at the right moments and integrated into broader leadership journeys.

Lead a high-performing team and manage external partners, program governance, budgets, communications, and delivery standards across a complex global portfolio.

Use executive feedback, participation data, and outcome measures to evaluate impact, strengthen experiences, and communicate the value of executive development to senior stakeholders.

Stay current on executive development research and market practices, bringing forward innovative approaches that are practical, globally relevant, and differentiated for Mastercard.

Skills and Qualifications:
