Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, resolving customer and internal quality issues, managing non-conforming products, monitoring corrective actions, supporting audits, analyzing quality performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

·  Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

·  Drive timely resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns.

·  Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve internal quality issues and RMAs.

·  Review, disposition, and ensure proper containment of non-conforming materials and products.

·  Monitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.

·  Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.

·  Analyze quality performance data and prepare quality reports.

·  Review failure analysis results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

·  Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.

·  Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or manufacturing environments is preferred.

·  Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.

·  Familiarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA), failure analysis, and root cause investigation.

·  Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.

·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·  Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

·  Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.

·  Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
