Description
Overview
Design, develop, and support scalable MLS solutions within the Paragon platform. Lead technical initiatives, deliver high-quality software, and collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MLS applications using .NET, C#, React, and SQL Server.
- Design APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Partner with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET/Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLS platforms and real estate technology.
- Knowledge of RESO standards and MLS data integrations.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.
- Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
