At Ford Motor Company, we believe that freedom of movement drives human progress. Within Ford Pro, we are dedicated to delivering an unmatched, always-on ecosystem of commercial vehicles, software, and service solutions that maximize uptime, lower total cost of ownership, and accelerate productivity for commercial and fleet customers of all sizes.
In this position…
- The Commercial Website Specialist, FordPro.com is a digital subject matter expert and strategic orchestrator responsible for defining, optimizing, and scaling the end-to-end digital web experience across FordPro.com.
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, UX, and Engineering, this role will architect cohesive customer journeys across the Shop, Buy, and Own lifecycle.
- You will champion digital merchandising and site optimization across the integrated Ford Pro portfolio—spanning Commercial Vehicles, Software, Charging Solutions, Maintenance/Service, and Commercial Financing.
- Leveraging enterprise tools like Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce, you will ensure FordPro.com delivers high-converting, personalized, and intuitive commercial customer experiences.
- Go-to-Market & Merchandising Specialist – owns campaign launches, sales events, on-site merchandising, and the test & learn/optimization program.
- Always-On Experience Specialist – owns the definition of site segments and common customer journeys, partners with Content Strategy to build experiences that deliver on customer jobs to be done, owns vehicle experiences (including model year changeover), and serves as the primary business lead for new requests coming into the site.
- Both Website Specialists ensure FordPro.com delivers a cohesive, high-converting, personalized experience across the Shop, Buy, and Own lifecycle for Ford Pro's integrated commercial portfolio—Commercial Vehicles, Software, Service, and Commercial Financing—leveraging enterprise tools like Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.
What you'll do...
- Campaign & Sales Event Execution: Own the on-site execution of go-to-market campaigns and sales events, ensuring landing pages, promotions, and offers are launched accurately, on time, and aligned to broader marketing and sales calendars.
- Digital Merchandising: Drive day-to-day merchandising across Ford Pro's complete commercial suite—Vehicles, Software, Service, and Commercial Financing—ensuring the right products, offers, and messages are surfaced to the right customer segments at the right time.
- Test & Learn Program Ownership: Lead the always-on test & learn program, designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to improve traffic quality, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Site Optimization & CRO: Continuously identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the funnel—using data to reduce drop-off, improve lead quality, and increase vehicle reservation/ordering and software/service adoption.
- Martech Execution (Adobe & Salesforce): Work hands-on with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, CRM/Sales Cloud, Experience/Commerce Cloud) to deploy dynamic content, audience segments, and next-best-action logic in support of campaigns and merchandising.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign, merchandising, and test performance; translate results into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Cross-Functional & Agency Coordination: Partner with Brand, Sales, Product, UX, and agency partners to align campaign launch timelines, creative assets, and merchandising updates with commercial priorities.
- Site Segmentation & Journey Definition: Define and maintain the unique customer segments on FordPro.com (e.g., SMB, Regional/Vocational, Enterprise, Municipal/Government) and map the common customer journeys and jobs to be done for each across Shop, Buy, and Own.
- Experience Design in Partnership with Content Strategy: Partner closely with Content Strategy to design and build always-on site experiences that directly address customer jobs to be done, ensuring content and functionality work together seamlessly.
- Vehicle Experience Ownership: Own the vehicle-related experiences on FordPro.com, including vehicle configurators, specs, and comparison tools, and lead execution of model year changeover to ensure a smooth, accurate transition each cycle.
- Business Lead for New Site Requests: Serve as the primary intake and business lead for new requests coming into FordPro.com, gathering requirements, assessing feasibility and priority, and shepherding requests into the roadmap and backlog in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Full-Funnel Journey Optimization: Continuously refine end-to-end journeys, bridging digital touchpoints with offline commercial dealer and field sales channels to ensure consistency and continuity.
- Martech Execution (Adobe & Salesforce): Work hands-on with Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce platforms to personalize always-on experiences and ensure content/journey delivery aligns to defined segments.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Content Strategists, and Engineering to align always-on roadmaps, backlogs, and release schedules with customer and business needs.
