Event Operations Specialist #4959

The Centralized Event Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the Event Blood Draw Team, taking ownership of standardized logistical workflows, inventory fulfillment, and administrative dispatch. By centralizing static administrative processes previously fragmented across field Event Leads, this role enables the team to scale event volume seamlessly without proportional headcount additions. Additionally, this position acts as a critical bridge between Events, Logistics, and external partners (e.g., BioTouch, US Wellness), ensuring strict SLA compliance, flawless inventory fulfillment, and targeted high-risk onsite event support.

 

This is a remote based role and you will be approved to work from your City and State within the US. While your primary workplace is your home, you may be required to travel occasionally to a GRAIL office or other locations to perform your work or attend team-related events.
