What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, move, and stockpile aggregate materials to support production and customer needs.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting plant operations.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, mining, or aggregate environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with operating procedures.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical issues.
• Dependable team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and perform physical job duties.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.50 to $23.00 per hour.
