Your Responsibilities

UX Research Support

  • Assist in planning and conducting user studies, usability tests, interviews, and surveys.
  • Support participant recruitment, study logistics, and session moderation.
  • Organize, analyze, and summarize research findings.
  • Create compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights.

UX Design & Prototyping

  • Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Help document user journeys and interaction concepts.
  • Assist with benchmarking and competitive analysis of automotive and AI experiences.
  • Contribute to design exploration for voice, multimodal, and GUI-based interactions.

Validation & Testing

  • Help prepare test scenarios and evaluation materials.
  • Support validation of conversational and multimodal user experiences.
  • Track usability findings and assist with issue prioritization.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
  • Support workshop preparation and documentation.
  • Maintain project artifacts in Figma, Confluence, and Jira.

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in: Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) UX Design Psychology Cognitive Science Human Factors Computer Science Media Informatics Or a related field
  • Strong interest in UX research and user-centered design.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred

  • Experience with Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Experience conducting usability studies or user research.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools and design thinking methodologies.
  • Interest in conversational AI, voice interfaces, automotive UX, or generative AI.
  • Basic programming or prototyping skills are a plus.
