As a SHE Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding the health, safety, and environmental performance of our site. You will act as Prevention Advisor, EnviroAre you passionate about safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being? Your responsibilities
- Act as Prevention Advisor and Environmental Coordinator.
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SHE legislation and environmental permits.
- Manage SHE documentation, audits, and reporting.
- Support safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 and Environmental Coordinator A.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental legislation.
- Proactive, analytical, and communicative.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
