At KeHE, we’re obsessed with creating solutions, unboxing potential, and serving others – and it all starts with you. As an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products, we’re committed to making a positive impact and scaling our success together. With a culture that fosters development and opportunity, you’ll be embarking on a career that’s moving forward. When you join KeHE, you’re becoming part of a team that is a force for good.

    Primary Responsibilities

The UDR Specialist is a cross-functional role within the Inventory Control team, serving as the primary owner of the UDR process from receipt to resolution. This role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Supplier Management, DC Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Control, requiring someone who can execute structured daily standard work on the floor while driving disposition timelines, managing partner escalations, and maintaining proactive outreach across business partners. Cycle count execution and receiving discrepancy audits round out the daily workload, grounding this role firmly in the operational rhythm of the DC. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

    • Maintain the UDR Tracking File as a live, accurate record, reconciling daily against physical audit findings and PO flow while ensuring visibility for IC leadership.
    • Review aged disposition cases daily, driving resolution through direct coordination with internal business partners and proactively identifying trends that require escalation or process correction.

    Cross-Functional Coordination
