Sanco Equipment is looking for an experienced, motivated Location Manager to lead our Rochester/Stewartville dealership.

We're looking for someone who understands dealership operations, enjoys leading people, and knows what it takes to keep a dealership running efficiently and profitably.

What You'll Do

As Location Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the dealership while working closely with employees and company leadership to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support employees across sales, parts, service, and rental departments.
• Manage location financial performance, including revenue, gross profit, expenses, and profitability.
• Establish performance expectations, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee parts and service operations, including technician productivity, workflow, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
• Support equipment sales and rental operations to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees while promoting a positive, accountable workplace.
• Ensure dealership facilities, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained.
• Resolve customer concerns and build strong relationships within the local community.
• Maintain productive relationships with manufacturer representatives and business partners.
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures are consistently followed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equipment, agricultural, automotive, powersports, or similar dealership environment.
• Previous leadership experience in dealership parts, service, sales, or operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and how departments work together.
• Ability to understand financial statements, departmental profitability, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and supporting employees with daily operational challenges.
• Experience with dealership management systems or ERP software.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager, Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Dealership General Manager.
• Background in construction or agricultural equipment.
• Experience managing multiple dealership departments.
• Familiarity with manufacturer warranty procedures and service operations.
