Description
Our client is a 5* International Chain Boutique Resort Group in Maldives.
This role will be overseeing 2 resorts.
Recognizing the global nature of talent, our client is open to both resort based and fully remote arrangement for this position, offering the flexibility to be based anywhere, with periodic travel to the resort.
This role will be reporting directly to the Expat Director of Sales & Marketing.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• 5*, and leisure resort experience
• Maldives and/or island experience
• Experience in similar role
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• Strong background in marketing communications, public relations, media relations and promotional activities
• Good understanding of marketing materials and brand presentation
• Strong project management, organizational and planning skills
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and concepts
• Professional presentation with a warm personality and positive attitude
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible, hands on and results oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant marketing tools
• Excellent English both oral and written
