Your Role

We are growing our sales team and hire an Account Executive. As an AE, you own the deal from the first qualified meeting to the signed contract. You work with our SDRs, who book meetings for you, and with our Pre-Sales Engineers, who run technical demos and POCs. You sell to QA, test and engineering leaders at large companies. You report to the CEO.
What you will do

• Run discovery calls and find the real test automation problem of the customer.
• Present AskUI and run demos together with our Pre-Sales Engineers.
• Plan and manage POCs with clear success criteria.
• Write offers, negotiate prices and close licence contracts.
• Manage several enterprise deals at the same time with many stakeholders.
• Work with procurement, legal and IT security teams on the customer side.
• Keep your pipeline and forecast in the CRM correct and up to date.
• Grow existing accounts into new teams and new use cases.
• Give product feedback from the market to our product team.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales with a closing role.
• Experience with enterprise deals and long sales cycles.
• Interest in software testing, test automation and AI.
• You can explain a technical product in simple words.
• You are structured and you can run a deal plan with many people.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• Experience in automotive, rail, healthcare, insurance or industrial software is a plus.
• Experience with a CRM and modern sales tools is a plus.

Our Offer

• Base salary of 78,000 EUR per year plus a variable commission of 78,000 EUR at 100% of quota. Your on target earnings (OTE) are 156,000 EUR per year.
