Description
Description
We are seeking a mid to Senior level Integrated Master Scheduler with hands-on experience in IT hardware procurement, infrastructure integration, and large-scale technology deployment programs to support a complex DoD or federal enterprise IT initiative.
- Building and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all phases of the program lifecycle, from hardware procurement and site preparation through integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment
- Understanding the unique scheduling challenges of IT infrastructure programs: Naval Fleet Readiness Review Board (FRCB), Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH), long-lead hardware lead times, multi-vendor dependencies, site readiness sequencing, configuration management windows, and cut-over planning
#LI-KM1
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Seven plus years of demonstrated experience developing, baselining, and maintaining integrated master schedules on U.S. Government or DoD programs, with at least 3 years supporting Navy C4I, network integration, or IT infrastructure programs
- Direct experience scheduling programs within the Navy's IT/network enterprise — NMCI, ONE-NET, CANES, ADNS, or comparable C4I systems — including familiarity with the processes, stakeholders, and constraints that govern Navy network work
- Proven experience leading or playing a primary role in an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), including DCMA 14-Point compliance preparation and direct government engagement
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent; ability to build complex, logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules from scratch
- Strong command of Earned Value Management principles, IPMR/CPR reporting requirements, and MIL-HDBK-881 WBS methodology
- Demonstrated experience scheduling around cybersecurity accreditation milestones (IATT, ATO, eMASS) under the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-site schedules with hardware procurement lead times, GFE/GFI dependencies, and installation sequencing constraints
- Ability to perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and probabilistic risk modeling independently
- Strong executive communication skills; demonstrated ability to brief schedule status, risks, and recovery paths to senior leadership and government customers
Desired Skills
- Understands IT infrastructure concepts well enough to build realistic, logic-driven schedules that reflect how the work actually flows
- Accurately captures hardware lead times, site readiness dependencies, and integration sequencing; catches conflicts before they drive delays
- Identifies root cause behind schedule variances, whether hardware, personnel, site access, or accreditation, and proposes realistic recovery paths
- Translates complex multi-site, multi-vendor schedule data into clear, decision-ready information for diverse audiences
- Manages shifting delivery dates, vendor changes, and evolving government requirements without losing schedule integrity
- Works across functional disciplines including engineering, logistics, IT operations, cybersecurity, contracts, and government stakeholders
