Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Logistic Specialist to join our team at the Brindisi site.In this role you will be responsible for the optimization of logistic material flows, the management of inbound and outbound shipments, and the relations with customs, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage operational and administrative activities related to import and export processes
- Support and oversee customs-related procedures and documentation
- Coordinate and monitor both inbound and outbound shipments
- Optimize the flow of goods throughout the logistics process to improve efficiency and delivery performance
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping, transport, and customs documentation
- Prepare and supervise all necessary logistics documentation, including delivery notes, transport documents (DDT), and import/export customs documentation
- Track and analyze key logistics KPIs, including delivery lead times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, including delivery delays, lost shipments, and non-conforming goods
- Basic understanding of the main business drivers; uses this knowledge to carry out assigned responsibilities. Good understanding of how their team integrates with others and contributes to the function. May exercise a degree of autonomy in making decisions within a defined scope. Solves problems in situations that require sound technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
- Consults more experienced team members on issues that fall outside defined instructions/parameters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procedures and the effective execution of logistics activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance service, efficiency, and operational reliability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM subjects including Economics
- Previous experience in logistics, import/export, or others material management roles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
- Proficient in computer Skills, MS Office package, SAP
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken

Contract Level: CCNL metalmeccanico – level B2
Salary range for this role: 34.845 euro - 53.312,50 euro + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
