The Director of Beauty owns the end-to-end strategic vision for Beauty brands partnering with Pattern. setting the direction for planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy that the wider Beauty organization executes against. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule (60% in office each week) based in Lehi, Utah.
