The Business Planning Systems Team supports various teams (Operations, Marketing, etc.) by delivering critical insights, dashboard solutions, and automation capabilities. We drive innovation by transforming data processes and championing the adoption of automation skills across our organization.

What You Can Expect

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Business Planning Systems team. This role offers hands-on experience in data transformation projects that support strategic decision-making across Operations and/or Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in developing and enhancing data pipelines and dashboards. 

• Support data analysis initiatives to improve business decision making. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete data modeling and/or dashboarding projects. 

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing teams. 

• Utilize Claude, Glean or other Frontier / Agentic tools to perform the above.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital/Business Transformation, Automation, or related field. 

• Familiarity with data handling tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) in the context of business intelligence applications. 

• Understanding database management and data analysis principles. 

• Hungry to learn and grow, and excited to dive into real-world business data challenges. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a humble and proactive attitude.
