Description
Citi's ThankYou Rewards team is looking for a Program Coordinator, Rewards & Redemption Partnerships to play a central role in shaping how millions of customers access and engage with redemption experiences across major national brands and digital platforms. In this position, you will manage day-to-day partner relationships and support end-to-end redemption initiatives that directly influence customer engagement and program economics. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partner development within one of the most visible loyalty programs in financial services.
# Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with third-party redemption partners and platform providers, serving as a key point of contact to advance shared goals and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate day-to-day business interactions with partners across campaign development, execution, platform enhancements, and marketing strategy to keep redemption initiatives on track.
- Support platform initiatives from inception to delivery by collaborating with internal teams across product, technology, legal, and sourcing to meet program objectives.
- Analyze contractual obligations in partnership with legal and senior management, and contribute to determining the appropriate governance path for third-party redemption agreements.
- Develop and maintain performance databases covering operational tracking and marketing campaigns, and provide actionable summaries and recommendations to guide future partnership and campaign decisions.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership updates and quarterly business reviews, covering strategy, performance, financials, and capability management.
- Identify and support the development of new partnership opportunities to broaden the range of redemption options available to customers.
# Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in partnerships, loyalty programs, business development, or a related field within financial services or consumer-facing industries.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Communicates clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to develop and deliver polished presentations to senior audiences.
- Manages multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating structured planning and the ability to align a broad set of stakeholders around shared milestones.
- Builds and sustains productive working relationships with external partners and internal teams, using sound judgment to influence decisions across different functions and seniority levels.
- Applies a detail-oriented mindset to identify gaps and opportunities within existing processes, drawing on prior experience to recommend practical improvements.
- Works independently with strong initiative, maintaining a consistent focus on operational control and accuracy across all areas of responsibility.

- Familiarity with the credit card or consumer loyalty industry, including awareness of market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Experience reviewing or interpreting commercial agreements or vendor contracts in a business context.
