Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Telemetry Nurse at Arizona General Hospital - Mesa, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. • Provide comprehensive and safe and effective evidence based nursing care to achieve desired health outcome for the patient
• Organize and prioritize patient care activity balanced with the needs and the comfort of the patient
• Demonstrates accountability for their own ethical behavior and supports ethical practice by addressing and or escalating issues
• Serves as an advocate for patient's needs by demonstrating holistic care practices
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to change in patient condition ( for example labs, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinical appropriate manner

Job Requirements

Required

• Diploma, Bachelor of Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Foreign Equivalent
• Registered Nurse: AZ 
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
