As the manager of our Differential Investment Programs, you will be at the forefront of developing our high-potential associates across the enterprise. You'll work closely with key business leaders and HR partners to architect and execute a world-class development strategy.

Your role is to understand the highest-priority business needs and translate them into a compelling development agenda. You'll implement scalable, impactful programs that prioritize digital-first learning, ensuring our high-potential talent gains the skills and experience needed to drive future business success.

As a people leader, you will be a visionary and an architect for new experiences, guiding and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. • Results-Oriented: You're driven by impact, constantly assessing and measuring the effectiveness of programs to ensure they deliver tangible value and a return on investment.
  • Proactive: You're a self-starter who anticipates future needs and challenges, taking the initiative to build solutions before they become a problem.
  • Influential: You can effectively manage multiple stakeholders—from senior leadership to program participants—prioritizing needs and building consensus to drive projects to completion.
  • Visionary: You can craft a compelling narrative around the purpose and impact of our development programs, inspiring both your team and senior leaders.
  • Resourceful: You love breaking down complex, enterprise-level problems and designing creative, scalable solutions to address them.
  • Collaborative: You bring a positive attitude and can foster a strong sense of partnership with business leaders, HR colleagues, and your own team.
