Join Vantive in an entry-level opportunity supporting Technical Services Operations across EMEA. You’ll collaborate with international teams and help maintain quality processes in a medical device environment. No prior professional experience is required—if you bring a relevant degree, French and English language skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Help ensure Technical Services Operations processes and procedures across EMEA meet applicable regulatory requirements, the Vantive Corporate Quality Manual, and ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Play an active role in maintaining quality processes across EMEA field operations.
- Support compliance with quality assurance requirements across front-office, back-office, and field service activities.
- Work closely with Field Operations, the QATS team, and other key stakeholders, including CQA and SQA, to support quality across operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Education
A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, an equivalent technical or technology field, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience
This is an entry-level opportunity, so no prior professional experience is required.
Knowledge or practical experience gained through your studies, internships, placements, or projects in Quality, Engineering, Technical Services, Medical Devices, or a related field would be an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with international teams.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn.
- An analytical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quality-focused environment.
Language skills
- English: B2 in speaking, writing, and reading.
- French: B2 in speaking, writing, and reading.
Computer skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
