Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

This position is based on a 34-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5 to 1:6. The RN will provide patient-centered care while working alongside nursing leadership, CNAs, Unit Secretaries, and other members of the healthcare team.

COMPENSATION
• $67,000-$85,000 annual salary
• Shift differentials available
• Signing bonus available; amount not provided

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide specialized plan-of-care interventions.
• Administer treatments and nursing care within RN scope of practice.
• Monitor patient condition, comfort, and safety.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes.
• Utilize available technology to support patient care and clinical decision-making.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care throughout the assigned shift.

Requirements

Requirements
• Current New Mexico RN license or qualifying Compact RN license REQUIRED
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience REQUIRED
• BLS upon hire REQUIRED
• Ability to work on-site in Las Cruces, NM REQUIRED
• Must be authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship REQUIRED

Preferred
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Telemetry nursing experience
